GIS 4035: Image Preprocessing-Spatial & Spectral Enhancements and Band Indices
This week's lab revolved around spatial enhancements. The lab also looked over radiometric corrections, spectral enhancements, and band ratios with vegetation indices. Going through the exercises the first few exercises were easy to get through and follow perfectly. The only difficult part of the exercise was exercise 7 where we had to find the features ourselves. The deliverables that I created were maps of Urban areas, Water systems/Wetlands, and Bare earth. Each map has a description of the map and the bands that I used to help highlight the features in the map. I mainly tried to use bright colors or a crazy color so that way the feature stood out more than the others. The main band combination that I used involved 345 in different combinations for the deliverables. I did not plan on using that specific combination it just became a happy accident.
